Here are some cutie pictures of Sawyer as of lately. We went to Christmasville in Rock Hill, SC with Aunt Trudy on Sunday and it was so much fun to get into the holiday spirit! It was freezing but Sawyer didn't seem to mind. The festival was themed after Vernon Grant's artwork. We saw gingerbread houses on display, were part of a "gnome" parade, bells and flags and all (that's what Vernon Grant called "elves"), the Grinch, SNOW, a doggie Christmas costume contest, and dancers (Sawyer started dancing in his stroller while he was watching). On Saturday, Sawyer went to his first birthday party! It was Ava's 5th birthday. He slept too long to get there in time, but we were there for about half an hour, and it was so cute. It was themed as a dance party so he enjoyed watching the kids go crazy on the dance floor - which Angie (Ava's mom, my friend) MADE. I wish I had pictures. She's good. Anyway, we've been having a good December so far. I love this time of year and I'm so glad it's finally COLD!
