If I would just do this more often...

It wouldn't seem so daunting! I always put it off and put it off, and then everything snowballs and I feel like I have SO MUCH to catch everyone up on!

So - Greyson turned TWO! I can't believe how big he is getting. He talks so well and he has certain pages of books and parts of songs memorized so he'll "read" and sing along with us. His best is Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. It's SO CUTE! He's really good at building very tall towers that seem as though they defy many laws of physics...not sure how he does that, but it's cool. He jumps a lot, does somersaults, runs REALLY fast now, and loves playing outside and kicking the soccer ball.

Sawyer has started speech therapy and it seems like it's helping already. I know it's helping me become more aware of where his issues with pronunciation come from and his therapist tells me how I can help him correct little things. It's made him more aware of it as well, so he tries harder to pronounce things correctly than he did before.

I started a new job with Carolinas Healthcare System's marketing department; I'm a contract worker for a few months and then we'll see what happens after that. My official title is Creative Digital Editor/Designer...it sounds more important than it is I think. :) I still like it though! Everyone in the office is really really nice, and it's a really big office. I started on Monday and have already attended 4 meetings, which have all been very "educational" as far as understanding the company and industry, and I think I'm going to like it here! :)

The boys started daycare as well, and the first day they were really excited to go and then on Tuesday I was literally dragging them in and Sawyer was crying when I left. Of course they told me he was fine after a few minutes but he was asking for me a few times throughout the day. They are in separate classrooms but they start out together in one room, and they even have one of their "recess" times together outside. They say that Sawyer is always so excited to see Greyson and then he cries when they are separated again! He is very dramatic with those tears though. I went and picked them up early yesterday and they were both toward the end of nap time, so I waited and I was peeking through the mirrored one-way window thing (that you can look through and see the kids but they can't see you) and I saw Sawyer pouting and talking to the teacher, Ms Kesa, and then she got up and went over to him and kneeled next to his little cot and started rubbing his hand while she talked to him! I really like the teachers there. I call them teachers because I don'...

What is going on - how many times did I save this post? Glad this one is more complete than the last one. The suspense was killing me!
