I also forgot to mention that Pat's older brother Dan married my friend Emily. Long story short: I set them up a few years ago while we were still at Auburn, they hit it off, got engaged just before Spring this year, and the wedding was on September 6th in Florida. It was beautiful! The ceremony was on a deck right on the beach, then we all moved inside for the reception. (I gotta say that the only thing I'm NOT looking forward to next summer is the humidity. Holy cow - I didn't stop sweating the entire time I was there. The Southern California weather is spoiling me!) It was Pat's first time to see a bunch of his family since coming home from his deployment, so that was awesome. Emily looked beautiful as usual and Dan was SO happy - it was really sweet.
