Yay! We're coming up on being half way through this deployment and I can't believe how the time has been flying by. I hope it keeps going that way! We've been very fortunate to be able to email and talk on the phone as much as we have. I'm not really allowed to say anything about where they are or what they're doing on here, so I'll just keep letting you know how he's doing, and he's doing very well. As of right now, they're due back right around his birthday and he should have a couple of weeks off. That will be nice; we will probably be visiting a lot of people during that time.
I've started school at CSU San Marcos and I'm really enjoying it so far. We are going to be tutoring foster children and we are also required to have 25 hours of classroom observations. I'm excited about both of those things, but I'm a nerd. I might also be tutoring kids just as a part time job after school. I'll keep you posted on how that goes.
I hope everyone is doing well and that you like our blog! Sorry it's so boring - I'm in a technology class this semester too, so maybe I'll learn some new things.
